Delivery to LP EXPRESS terminal

We will deliver your order to the LP EXPRESS self-service terminal in Lithuania of your choice. We will inform you of the shipment by e-mail and SMS. You can collect your order at your convenience - the terminals are open every day 24/7. Orders sent on Monday can be picked up on Tuesday at all LP EXPRESS terminals in Lithuania.

As soon as your order is delivered to an LP EXPRESS terminal, you will receive an SMS to your mobile phone number and an email.

Please note that your order is stored at the self-service terminal for 3 days. After 3 days, your order will be returned to us and only after additional payment will we be able to deliver your order to your location or LP EXPRESS terminal.

To collect your parcel from the LP EXPRESS terminal you need to follow these steps:

1. Arrive at the LP EXPRESS self-service terminal indicated in the SMS message;
   
2. Touch the terminal screen and click on "Pick up parcel";
   
3. Enter the two pickup codes provided in the SMS or email;
   
4. When the terminal door opens, pick up the parcel, close the terminal door.
   

LP EXPRESS terminals are monitored 24 hours a day and equipped with video cameras. Integrated security measures and video recording ensure your safety and the safety of your shipment.

Delivery by LP EXPRESS courier

If you choose delivery by LP EXPRESS courier, your order will be delivered directly to your hand - the parcel will be delivered to your desired address: to your workplace, to your home, or to any other address you specify in your order.

We will inform you of the dispatch of your order by e-mail, as well as by sending you the registration number of the parcel and a link enabling you to track your parcel on the LP EXPRESS website. The courier will deliver the parcel the next working day after dispatch. The courier will contact you by phone on the day of delivery to arrange delivery.

Delivery of bulky goods

For table tennis tables and table tennis robots, please ask for delivery prices before confirming your order!

The delivery price for bulky goods (table tennis tables and table tennis robots) is calculated for each product individually. Bulky items are dispatched from the manufacturer's warehouse and delivered to the address on your order.
