The Neottec I-Carbon is an Offensive (OFF) category blade designed for players who value a high level of control but still want the speed and stability provided by carbon fiber. The letter "I" in the name refers to the "inner" placement of the carbon fiber layers.

The blade has a construction of 5 wood plies and 2 carbon plies ($5+2$ construction), with the carbon fiber positioned closer to the core (an Inner Carbon type). This placement gives the blade an exceptional feel and a soft touch—similar to an all-wood blade—while still ensuring high speed when the player executes powerful shots.

The blade's thickness is $5.7$ mm, and its approximate weight is about $80$ g. The outer plies are made of Limba wood, which, combined with the inner carbon plies, delivers a superb ball feel.
