The Neottec U-Carbon is a fast, OFF+ (Extremely Offensive) category blade designed for players seeking high speed and stability, especially when playing further away from the table. The letter "U" in the name stands for the "outer" placement of the carbon fiber layers.

The blade features a construction of 5 wood plies and 2 carbon plies ($5+2$ construction), with the carbon fiber positioned closer to the outer layers (a traditional Outer Carbon type). This structure gives the blade tremendous power potential, enabling significantly higher speeds compared to its more controlled sibling, the I-Carbon.
